Connie Miller, Director and Lead Teacher
Connie embodies a wealth of wisdom earned through more than 45 years of learning, living, and teaching yoga. She loves making yoga accessible for brand new beginners and an interesting challenge for the most adept.
Connie skillfully brings precise alignment and form to the physical practice for optimal strength and ease. At the same time, you are invited to listen to your own body, explore your inner rhythms, and honor the innate wisdom and full expression of your human spirit.
An energetic, playful, and compassionate teacher, Connie creates an uplifting experience that empowers you to touch and trust your own source of strength, wisdom, love and joy, and integrate that knowing into your every-day life.
Beré Coshin, Teacher
Beré is so excited to share her knowledge and love for yoga with everyone! She rejoices in painting and creating, anyway that’s possible. Beré loves to test her abilities through pushing herself to get better at skateboarding. Some say she has a bright light that resides within her and she can’t wait to spread that sunshine with everyone!
Lisa Maida, Teacher
Lisa first discovered yoga upon graduating college, and has been practicing regularly for the past 4 years. She has two large dogs and two horses that are constantly dragging her in different directions. Lisa loves how yoga balances her body, improves her focus, and slows herself down from “outside life”. In her class, she strives to create a friendly, welcoming community where students learn to be present, develop their practice for their own bodies, and leave feeling better than when they arrived. Lisa lives nearby in Lederach, and enjoys travel and outdoor activities.
Toni Trout, Teacher
Toni came to yoga through a lifelong friend-turned-teacher trainer who developed a passion for the practice when they were just teenagers. Over the years she has discovered a particular interest in the mythology and stories that bring asanas, mudras, and pranayamas to life. Toni also enjoys traveling the world and sees herself as a “forever student”. Stop by one of Toni’s classes for a fun, light-hearted hour infused with physical strengthening, and creative connection.
